Right of Withdrawal

Information for consumers regarding their legal right of withdrawal under European consumer protection law.

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

For orders consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may send your request by email or postal mail.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

4. Returning the Goods

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law.

Examples may include:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Other exceptions provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
