Ordering from SunnyHillSeeds is easy. Choose your products, complete the checkout and select one of the available payment methods. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch.

1. How to Place an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide the information required to process and deliver your order, including:

• Shipping address
• Email address
• Optional telephone number
• Your preferred payment method

Please check all information carefully before submitting your order, especially your email address and delivery address.

2. Order Confirmation

After completing the checkout, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

The order confirmation includes:

• Total order value
• Shipping costs
• Payment instructions

If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also contact us if the confirmation does not arrive.

3. Available Payment Methods

SunnyHillSeeds currently accepts payment by bank transfer, PayPal and Bitcoin. The payment methods available for your order are displayed during checkout.

If you choose bank transfer, you will receive our bank details and payment instructions after placing your order.

Please transfer the full order amount and include your order number as the payment reference. This helps us match the payment to your order quickly and accurately.

Depending on the bank and country, transfers may take one or more business days to reach our account.

Please ensure that any bank fees are paid by the sender so that the full invoice amount reaches us.

If you choose PayPal, you will receive the relevant PayPal payment instructions after placing your order.

Please use the payment link or payment information provided for your specific order and ensure that the correct order amount is sent.

Your order will be processed after the PayPal payment has been received and confirmed.

PayPal may process personal and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Bitcoin payments are available for customers who prefer to pay using cryptocurrency.

After placing your order, you will receive the wallet address and payment information required to complete the transaction.

The amount received must correspond to the full order value. Any wallet, exchange or network fees must be paid separately by the sender.

Your order will be processed after the Bitcoin transaction has received sufficient blockchain confirmation and can be assigned to your order.

Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. The amount stated in the payment instructions applies at the time the payment request is issued, subject to any payment deadline stated there.

7. Payment Deadline

Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, payment should be completed promptly after placing the order.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable period. Products are not permanently reserved until payment has been received.

If you need additional time or experience a problem with your payment, please contact us and include your order number.

8. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

During processing, we:

• Check the order and payment
• Prepare the products carefully
• Package the order securely
• Prepare any required shipping documents
• Hand the shipment over to the postal or delivery provider

Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes.

9. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

If a tracked shipping method was selected, the email may include a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

10. Prices, Currency and Taxes

All prices displayed in the shop are shown in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.

The total price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is displayed before you submit the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import taxes, customs duties or handling charges may be imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not collected by SunnyHillSeeds and are the responsibility of the recipient.

11. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally pay twice, transfer an incorrect amount or use the wrong payment reference, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your name, order number, payment date and payment method so that we can check the transaction and assist you.

12. Payment Security

We use secure, encrypted website connections to protect information transmitted through our online shop.

Payment providers, banks and cryptocurrency services may apply their own security checks, identity verification procedures or fraud prevention measures.

SunnyHillSeeds will never ask you to send passwords, online banking login details, private wallet keys or cryptocurrency recovery phrases.

13. Changes to an Order

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

We will try to assist with changes to the delivery address, products or quantities before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes are generally no longer possible.

14. Payment Confirmation and Delays

Payments are checked and assigned to orders as quickly as possible.

Delays may occur if:

• The order number is missing
• The sender name differs from the customer name
• The amount received is incorrect
• The transfer is still being processed by the bank
• A Bitcoin transaction has not yet received sufficient confirmation
• The payment provider is performing an additional review

If you believe your payment has already arrived but your order status has not changed, please send us the relevant payment details.
